The Old Synagogue Fremantle

Located at the corner of South Terrace and Parry Street, Fremantle, The Old Synagogue was originally built in 1902 as the first synagogue in Western Australia. The Fremantle Synagogue, as it was known at the time, serviced its clergy faithfully until 1910, after which it was closed permanently due to majority of the Jewish population moving to Perth.

After years in the waiting, the Old Synagogue is now home to four unique hospitality venues and certainly on our list of places you've got to check out while in Fremantle.
